TMG Foundation Attends NCF Annual Convention

The Tilden-Meadow Grove Community Foundation Fund attended the annual Nebraska Community Foundation convention held in Norfolk on November 8. Unleash energy, inspire success, and connect with others for a brighter future was the goal for the 2018 annual Nebraska Community Foundation celebration and training.Over 200 affiliated funds of the Nebraska community foundation were represented with over 500 volunteers attending. The day consisted of training and community expo. Topics included people attraction, quality of life investments, early childhood development, homegrown challenge grants, youth engagement, workforce development and more.Community funds were invited to sponsor a booth to share their ideas and accomplishments. The Tilden-Meadow Grove Foundation Fund’s booth featured our joint website, picture story board representing our communities and projects completed, T-MG booklet designed in 2018 and various news articles.The day ended with a celebration banquet with 30 current and past Fund Advisory Committee members of the Tilden-Meadow Grove Community Foundation Fund attending.
