Tilden and Meadow Grove are proactive in their efforts to move their communities forward in the area of Economic Development. Both are members of the Northeast Nebraska Economic Development District.
Meadow Grove recently passed a local option sales tax to be used for community betterment. Tilden has established a Keno Fund for public community betterment projects.
Other positive economic development actions are under consideration in the service region.
