AUTUMN RESET
“A Sunday Evening Self Care Event”
As  the days get darker and Fall takes her place in our lives, it’s time to get grounded, cozy and relaxed. Come spend a truly nourishing 90 minutes of Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra, celebrating the Autumn Equinox and Resetting our Autumn Energy.
We will be focusing on following
Nature's footsteps by practicing 'letting
go' of what is no longer useful to us. We will rest, breathe, meditate, contemplate intention setting and relax into the healing benefits of Yoga Nidra.
As well as letting go, we will also consider
our personal harvest of the last six
months. Rather than resisting Autumn and
holding on to Summer, we learn to sit in it,
notice it and celebrate it. Transitions are not always easy but are an integral and
necessary part of our growth process.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga is a great way to rest and
stretch the body gently using cushions and other props. It allows your mind to deeply rest as you focus on deepening your breath and letting go of tension and worries.
YOGA NIDRA:
We end our workshop with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (which means "Yogic Sleep”). In this guided relaxation you will journey through the 5 koshas (or layers of being) to help strip away stress and tension on all levels!
